New SSRC/FCC Report on Broadband Adoption

Broadband Adoption Report On March 2, 2010, the SSRC released an FCC-commissioned report titled "Broadband Adoption in Low-Income Communities." The report, which analyzes the factors shaping low rates of adoption of home broadband services in low-income and other marginalized communities, was formally released on March 2, 2010 at the American Library Association.
